The Campus Missionary Conference connects over 1,500 missionaries together for an intentional powerful time of training as we focus on Holy Spirit Empowerment.

JULY 25-29

Scott grew up in church but sold-out to Jesus at the University of Arizona where he earned his master’s degree and helped plant XA on campus. He served as a District XA Director, overseas in Central Asia, and was the XA Missions Director before accepting his current role. He is an avid hunter and loves NCAA sports.

– E. Scott Martin

Stefanie grew up unchurched with plans for a successful career in law. She truly encountered Christ for the first time as a university student, changing career plans after being called to ministry. She has ministered full-time with XA since 1991. Stefa’s passion (besides tacos) is that students encounter the same grace and truth as when she met Jesus, and that they are scattered around the globe representing Him well.

– Stefanie Chappell

Jamil surrendered to Jesus as a student at Stanislaus State. He and his wife Vanessa have four children and have been in full-time ministry for 14 years, currently as California’s Central Valley Chi Alpha Director for four campuses including his alma mater. Speaking truth in love with an authentic demonstration of the Holy Spirit, Jamil has a love for cultures and diversity.

– Jamil Stell

Dr. Tennant has preached and taught across the U.S. and 80 countries with a passion for the Holy Spirit to have His way. She specializes in church revivals, the five-fold ministries, C.S. Lewis and the Inklings, spiritual formation, and the Celtic church. She is an acclaimed Christian author and teaches and serves at AGTS/Evangel (Springfield, MO) and at North Central University (Minneapolis, MN).

– Carolyn Tennant

You can anticipate being infused with vision and ministry ideas as you interact with your fellow laborers from over 300 university campuses across the country. Together you will experience an authentic Kingdom impartation as you grow as leaders at CMC 2022.

Crystal and I recall being newly-appointed Chi Alpha missionaries from the Arizona District and the excitement in attending National Chi Alpha’s CMC. We anticipated being infused with vision and ministry ideas as we interacted with our fellow laborers on the campus while experiencing an authentic Kingdom impartation. We grew as leaders at CMC.

CMC 2022 is a few short months away and we are again full of vision for a tremendously fruitful time! Our movement continues to expand at a rapid pace, and our desire is for our missionary family to be part of these historic moments. As our movement expands, so do our nuclear families with amazing Chi Alpha kids. Being a part of Chi Alpha and CMC is a family calling so we will again offer intentional XAMK programming for kids and youth.

This year, we focus on the importance of HOLY SPIRIT EMPOWERMENT for a healthy Chi Alpha. You will be informed, inspired, and ministered to through Chi Alpha-centric breakouts, special lunches, powerful general sessions, and most importantly, through our relational interactions. I look forward to sharing in a plenary session what the Lord is saying to us as a movement, along with insights into Holy Spirit empowerment. At CMC you will receive my book The Four Quadrants of Kingdom Authority: Defining Kingdom Authority and its Components. I believe it will serve Chi Alpha with a biblical understanding of Holy Spirit empowerment.

You are an important part of this movement. We expect all of our Chi Alpha affiliates to be a part of CMC 2022 and also desire your families to join us as we grow together with our fellow workers and with God.

Crystal and I extend our personal invitation to each of you to be a part of this momentous gathering. You will be sharpened and encouraged and meet with God. We look forward to seeing you there.

See you in Phoenix!

E. Scott Martin
