  • Mission: To advance the mission of Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, and the objectives of the National Field Team strategy.

    Required Skills: Strong administrative skills, ability to record and process accurate information during meetings, ability to interact with leaders within Chi Alpha and outside the movement, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, ability to organize, manage, and follow up on all Field Team projects, ability to be a problem solver.

    1. Serve as Administrative Assistant to the National Field Director, and other members of the Field Team. Tasks would include coordinating travel arrangements, responding to emails and phone calls, taking notes during meetings, etc. Professional manner is essential.
    2. Assist in setting up and coordinating Field Team meetings.
    3. Assist in planning and coordinating Field Team events, including District Resource Conference, Pioneering Both Camps, Coaches Training, Area Director meetings, and more.

    4. Resource collection from Chi Alpha missionaries on the field.

    5. Research and data collection.

    6. Meeting with Field Director or other Field Team member on a bi-weekly basis for mentorship and skill development.

    7. Help with miscellaneous tasks and projects that arise on the Field Team or else where.
    8. Raise a missionary budget.
