Come be a part of a team that has recently planted a ministry at one of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina.

At present, there are 20 students, both women and men, who are actively being discipled. We are needing either a singles or couples who are African American and are committed to helping to build a legacy ministry, training African American men and women to take the Gospel to their campus, and to the world.

You would be actively involved in the discipling of students, the raising up of student leaders, while also being part of a dynamic city team that is bringing the Gospel to other campuses in Winston Salem.

Coaching is available for the successful candidate who would be a CMIT graduate and committed to a three-year term. Financial support from the community is available as well. This opportunity also affords the candidate to be coached and mentored by Belkis Lehmann, the National Diversity Specilist and Steve Lehmann, a 31-year Chi Alpha veteran who serves as the city director. Winston Salem State University, an Historically Black University located in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina is in need of a full-time Campus Missionary (single or married couple). The missionary/missionaries will provide leadership to a new group of students who have been raised up over the past three years under the planting efforts of Belkis Lehmann, the National Diversity Specialist, and Steve Lehmann, who serves as the City Director for the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina.

Presently, there are more than 20 students who are actively involved in the ministry and a number of them are enrolled in a leadership training class for this spring. It is our desire to now bring in new leadership to take this ministry to the next level.

The successful candidate would work to build a spiritually healthy, reproducing ministry, which would become a national training site for African American missionaries to the other HBCU’s of the U.S. The candidate would be a African American man or woman, a single or married couple, who would be comfortable working as a part of a city-wide effort that is now active in Winston Salem, NC. We are looking for a CMIT graduate who would also bring or build a team of men and women who would like to change the world by seeing this campus changed.

At present, there is a package of financial assistance available to facilitate the launching of a full time effort. Both Belkis and Steve Lehmann would actively coach and mentor the person or couple that take on this ministry assignment. Additionally, the North Carolina Chi Alpha District program is led by one of the top State Directors in the U.S—Rev. Gina White, and is very supportive of the planting effort here.

We are looking for a person who would feel called to build upon a group that is now being planted as a multi-ethnic ministry. The candidate would work as a part of a city-wide team led by a campus ministry veteran Steve Lehmann. The candidate would be a CMIT graduate, preferably a person of color, and would also have the ability to recruit a team of two to four who would work alongside of them.

Presently there is office space on campus, volunteer staff status with the university, growing alumni support, and many opportunities to bring the Gospel in a variety of ways. Pioneer Missionary at Middle Tennessee State University

Must bring team with you. Middle Tennessee State is the largest undergraduate university in Tennessee. MTSU will continue to grow as the town of Murfreesboro will double in the next 10-15 years. There is a great void for community and family on the campus, and lack of opportunities to develop student leaders. Students are very open and approachable!

MTSU only has 3,000 beds, but there are thousands who live within a small radius on campus. There is great potential to grow rapidly and be a missionary sending campus to all the universities in the Nashville area. Must be strong in developing in reaching students online.

The Montana Chi Alpha Executive Committee is accepting applications for a new Chi Alpha Director at Montana State University-Billings, a campus of over 4,000 students, including around 130 international students.  MSU-B is located in the center of Billings, the largest city in Montana, giving an XA Director ample opportunity to build a wide community support base, including five Assemblies of God churches in the area.

The current Chi Alpha outreach at MSU-B was re-planted five years ago in the Fall of 2015 and has around 30-40 students involved weekly with eight student leaders. The group is in a healthy place and the current director will minister through June 2020, before transitioning into graduate studies.

We are looking for a new long-term XA Director that will not only reach MSU-Billings, but who could also be a hub-style XA Director raising up additional staff to reach the two tribal colleges south of Billings (Crow – 250 students & N. Cheyenne – 150 students) and possibly Sheridan Community College (2,000 students) in Wyoming as well.

(New position) Staff member who specializes in XAi ministry. The demographics of our campus’s international community is about 300 total with the largest group being from Nepal with over 100. This position would entail developing and leading the XAi component of the overall XA ministry.
