Join Chi Alpha Staff

You see the potential for life-change on your campus, yet the path to full-time ministry can feel fragmented and overwhelming. You do not have to figure it out alone. For decades, Chi Alpha has equipped thousands of leaders to reach the campus — with the mentorship, training, and community to help you step confidently into the mission field.

From calling to serving

There are several avenues to pursue your next steps into your missionary journey.

  1. Affiliation / Volunteer: Start by connecting with our community — the foundational step for all potential staff. New Affiliate / MA Start Form →
  2. Internship: Join the Campus Missionary-in-Training (CMIT) program — our primary entry point for new staff, designed to equip you for the field.
  3. Career: Once approved, you are ready to start your mission on campus, supported by a movement that has been there for years.

General affiliation requirements

We want our staff ready to lead and model the life of a disciple. To join us, we ask for:

  • A solid foundation: saved for at least six (6) months.
  • Walking in freedom: walking in freedom from addiction and pornography for at least six (6) months.
