Please use the links below to register for the conference and to book your hotel room.

Note: Classic and Hub CMIT Programs can bring up to 2 representatives while Satellite programs may bring 1 representative.

Oasis Hotel: $104/night

$170 for CMITd only
$170 for DD only
$325 combined (CMITd & DD)

Spouse 
$130 for CMITd only
$130 for DD only
$205 combined (CMITd & DD) 

*all prices increase by $50 after early bird registration ends (December 8th 11:59 pm)

Oasis has an airport shuttle that is available for Beta Attendees staying at the hotel. Attendees will need to call the front desk at 417-866-5253 or 888-532-4338.  You can schedule pickup and attach flight information to your reservation so that Oasis can watch for cancellations or delays.

Schedule

Beta Conference attendees include Chi Alpha District Directors and CMIT Directors. To maximize the benefit of our time together, the schedule is divided between the two groups as follows:
District Directors | Sunday evening – Wednesday morning
CMIT Directors | Monday evening – Thursday morning
