Register your stateside Expedition team by filling out the Stateside Team Form below. Please note the registration process should be completed by February 1 for Spring Break teams or April 15 for summer teams.

Stateside Insurance Instructions

You NEED Insurance IF

  1. Your team is working in Alaska or Puerto Rico.
  2. You feel there are heightened risks associated with your activities or location.

To purchase insurance with MISSION ASSURE and complete requisite Assumption of Risk forms, follow this link.

Detailed instructions will be provided.

Once you’ve purchased your insurance, you will receive a payment confirmation email from AG Financial. Please forward that email to expeditions@chialpha.com. 

You do NOT need team insurance IF

  1. You are doing ministry on another university campus. You already have liability coverage as a chartered ministry with Chi Alpha, but this liability coverage DOES NOT include medical insurance. If you would like to purchase medical insurance as a precaution or for a team member who doesn’t have medical insurance, see directions above. Otherwise, your process is complete.
  2. You are doing other kinds of community outreach ministry (Dream Center, Church Outreach, etc.), you are not required to purchase insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance as a precaution or for a team member who doesn’t have medical insurance, see directions above. Otherwise, your process is complete.
