Register your stateside Expedition team by filling out the Stateside Team Form below. Please note the registration process should be completed by February 1 for Spring Break teams or April 15 for summer teams.

If you are traveling alone or with your family, you should also complete the trip form linked below.

Stateside Insurance Instructions

Domestic travel insurance is required for all teams.

To purchase insurance with MISSION ASSURE and complete requisite Assumption of Risk forms, follow this link.

Detailed instructions will be provided.

Once you’ve purchased your insurance, you will receive a payment confirmation email from AG Financial. Please forward that email to expeditions@chialpha.com.
