Conference Basics

  • There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due upon registration.
  • Registration includes: housing, bedding, all meals (dinner from July 7 through dinner July 11), parties, training materials, and t-shirt.
  • RUI is a professional training conference and does not have accommodations for childcare. Please do not bring any children.
  • Casual, modest dress is appropriate throughout the week, but rooms are often cool.
  • There will be some free time during RUI. You can find things to do around Springfield here.

Travel

  • Arrive for check in between 2:00 to 5:00 pm on July 7 and depart any time on July 12.
  • The airport code for Springfield airport is SGF.
  • Free transportation is available to/from campus; please sign up here.
    • These RUI shuttle services will run on Sunday, July 7th from 9:30 am- 6:30 pm and Friday, July 12th, from 6 am-12 pm. For transportation outside of these times, contact other transportation services provided by Springfield, MO: Uber, Lyft, Springfield Royal Taxi (417) 733-3701, Springfield Airport Taxi Cab and Shuttle Service (417) 720-0654, and Springfield Yellow Cab Company (417) 862-5511.
  • Free parking is available on campus if you drive.
